The Prisonport Penitentary provides a commissary for inmates. Commissary is a privilege for the inmates and can be stopped at any time with little or no notice. Commissary can be revoked as part of a disciplinary action. No inmate account will be extended a credit. If money is not available in the account, the order will not be processed. No inmate may transfer funds from one account to another. Inmates will not be allowed to transfer money from one inmate account to another.
